At Stephan Paris, we do our utmost to ensure you are completely satisfied with your shoes. If a style is not right for you, please follow the return conditions and procedure below.
Items you wish to return or exchange must reach us within 15 days of the date you received them.
Shoes must be new and must not have been worn or tried on outdoors.
Items must be returned in their original shoe box, together with all accessories and materials received (dust bag, thank-you cards, tags, etc.).
Damaged shoe box: a €2 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Submit your request through our returns portal.
Once our team has approved your request, you will receive a Chronopost 2 Shops return label. Its cost will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Attach the label to your parcel.
Download, complete and place the return form inside your parcel.
Drop off your parcel at a Chronopost collection point. Keep the confirmation email sent by Chronopost so you can track your return.
Return shipping is at your own expense, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a service requiring a signature upon delivery.
Keep your parcel’s tracking number until you receive confirmation of your refund. You can use it to track your parcel and provide it to us if you have any questions about your return.

Please allow approximately two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Exchange: you will first receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email containing the tracking link for your new parcel.
Store credit: your code will be sent immediately by automated email. Please keep it safe.
Refund: your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. Please allow approximately three business days for it to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
