Return procedure

At the house of At Stephan Paris, we do everything we can to ensure that your shoes bring you complete satisfaction.
If, however, a particular model does not suit you, here are the conditions and procedure to follow:

Step 1: Acceptance Conditions

New shoes, not worn outdoors.

No outdoor fittings.

Return in the original box with all the items received (pouch, thank you cards, labels, etc.)

Damaged shoe box: €2 fee deducted from your refund

Step 2: How to return your parcel

Metropolitan France

1) Submit your request via our return portal

2) You will receive a Colissimo label once your request has been validated by our team. Its cost will be automatically deducted from your refund.

3) Affix the label to the package

4) Download and place the return form in the package: RETURN FORM

5) Drop off your parcel at a post office only. Keep the confirmation email sent by Colissimo to track your parcel's delivery.

⚠️ Returns to collection points are not accepted.

Other countries

Return at your own expense with the carrier of your choice (recommended: delivery with signature).

Please keep your package tracking number safe until you receive confirmation of your refund. This will allow you to track the package's progress and also to provide us with the tracking number if you have any questions about your return.

Step 3: Exchange/Voucher/Refund

Delivery time: allow approximately 2 weeks for receiving and processing the package:

Exchange You will first receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping email containing the tracking link for your new package.

Gift voucher: The code will be sent immediately by automatic email, remember to keep it safe.

Refund : it will be made to the payment method used when ordering and visible on your account within approximately 3 business days.

The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
