We do not offer exchanges on our site. For a new pair of STEPHAN PARIS, we invite you to return your shoes and reorder on our site.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As soon as you place your order, we take care of it! We know you want it quickly! Unfortunately, this also means that we are no longer able to make a change because it is already being processed.
Can I return an item if the return date has passed?
You have 15 days to return a pair of shoes from the day you received them. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this period.

When will I receive my refund?
